Makes 3 Cups
- 3 cups pecans
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
Combine pecans and honey in a large bowl. Add spices and mix well to evenly distribute.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange pecans in a single layer on the prepped baking sheet. Bake 10-15 minutes, stirring nuts every 5 minutes, until toasted.
Store in an airtight container and enjoy!
