This is a great dressing on a spinach salad - toss greens with dressing, some chopped green olives, crumbled feta and cherry tomatoes. ¼ cup red wine vinegar 3 TBSP fresh lemon juice 3 garlic cloves, minced 1 shallot, minced 2 TBSP raw honey, preferably wildflower ¾ cup extra virgin olive oil Kosher Salt Black Pepper Combine the vinegar and lemon juice in a medium jar or small bowl.
