You can use white whole wheat flour in place of the whole wheat flour if desired. Thanks to Chef Loryn Kipp! This recipe was adapted from one I found in Bon Appetite. I reduced the amount of sugar and increased the pectin a bit. Feel free to adjust the sugar and pectin even more for desired consistency.
